Red Sea Horse Festival

No brief. An empty waterfront. Five days. We built a large-scale equestrian festival from the ground up on the Jeddah waterfront, turning open ground into a functional event ecosystem: horse shows, an auction area, exhibitions and workshops, public activations, a kids zone, and VIP hospitality held in strict separation from the public experience. The concept celebrated the connection between Arabian heritage and equestrian excellence, reimagined as a contemporary festival and unified under a single branding language.
